COOPID- Collaboration between bioeconomy clusters for knowledge exchange
COOPID promotes a sustainable primary sector in which farmers across Europe benefit from the latest bio-based innovations to develop profitable businesses. The project identifies real-life success stories in the bioeconomy and organises visits and knowledge exchange between farmers and other stakeholders.

CAPBIO4BG aims to strengthen the research and innovation capacity of the Agricultural University – Plovdiv in the field of bioeconomy. It supports the development and implementation of projects across bioeconomy value chains at regional, national and international levels.

MainstreamBIO – Introducing small-scale bio-based solutions in Europe’s rural regions
MainstreamBIO aims to introduce small-scale bio-based solutions into practice in rural areas across seven European regions. The project establishes regional innovation platforms that bring together resources, infrastructure and expertise to develop sustainable business models tailored to local potential and policies. MainstreamBIO offers innovative digital tools and free access to an online platform.

BOOST – Accelerating agribusiness through precision agriculture and digital hubs
BOOST aims to accelerate agribusiness development and strengthen networks of digital hubs through an advanced training programme in Precision Agriculture. The project covers management, entrepreneurship, marketing, collaboration and digital transformation through new organisational models – agribusiness incubators and accelerators – as well as access to digital hubs for knowledge exchange and international partnerships.

PowerUP – Skills and innovation for Europe’s green transition
PowerUP addresses the EU’s overarching priority of protecting the environment and tackling climate change, as well as two sector-specific priorities: increasing the flexibility of vocational education and training and fostering innovation in the sector. The aim is to reduce the risk of job losses resulting from the green transition.

RIBES – Transition to a circular bioeconomy
RIBES aims to transform ten European regions from outdated linear economic models into dynamic circular economies that foster social inclusion. The project strengthens collaboration between rural communities, universities, governments and businesses to co-create sustainable regional governance and bio-based business models that accelerate growth.

BEAMING – Fostering innovation and collaboration in the bioeconomy
BEAMING aims to foster innovation in the bioeconomy through collaboration among higher education institutions in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe, as well as the Western Balkans. BEAMING strengthens the innovation capacity of institutions and supports the practical application of research results in the field of bioeconomy.

EIT Food is one of the world’s largest and most dynamic food innovation communities. The project drives innovation by connecting start-ups and corporations, entrepreneurs and investors, consumers and industry, and science and practice. EIT Food focuses on people and the sustainable use of resources, strengthens consumer trust and improves global health.

DiAgro – Theoretical Models for the Development of Digital Agriculture
The DiAgro project analyses theoretical concepts and scientific findings related to “digital agriculture as a model for the development of agricultural holdings”. Its innovative aspect lies in the development of a methodological toolkit for assessing the impact of introducing digital technologies in agricultural holdings.
